Every unit of donated blood goes through a stringent quality testing process making use modern equipment and latest techniques to test the absence of: 

  • HbsAg - the virus causing Type - B Hepatitis (Liver Disease)
  • H.C.V. Antibodies (against the virus causing Type - C Hepatitis)
  • H.I.V. I & II Antibodies (against the virus that causes AIDS)
  • Syphilis Antibodies 
  • Malarial Parasites
